If you are looking for the best customer service look no further. Lance Harden will help you with any of your insurance needs. He is professional and prompt and makes you feel at ease. You can always speak directly with him at any hour of the day. I've called him late on a Friday night to check on tow coverage with my policy and he was there to answer. I always just heard of all the big names you see and hear on the TV for insurance, but they don't even compare to the service this agency provides. No need for extra un-needed coverage and just trying to get more money. Central Carolina Insurance is going to make sure you are covered and at an affordable rate.

Scott and his team are always available to help, return phone calls promptly. On a recent Home Owners claim Scott quickly opened the claim with Erie and Erie was also very fast to respond. With my auto policy he is there to answer questions and adjust the policy as needed. I highly recommend Central Carolina Insurance for all of your insurance needs.

Lance Hardin is knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I have numerous lines of insurance to include home, auto, life, workers' compensation, business liability, and renter's insurance (for my business). Lance took copies of all my policies, studied them, and came back with quotes for some of them. Only some of them because the companies he works with could not beat all of them. When he came back with quotes, he did not pressure me to make a decision but let me have time to look at them. Upon looking at the quotes and researching the company that would be insuring me, he was absolutely honest in those things he had represented to me. I closed on three lines of insurance with him. I would highly recommend you at least speak with Lance before you renew your insurance.
