Recently I had Lance Harden with Central Carolina Insurance, Inc. to review our home, car and RV insurance. He shared information and suggestions about the current coverage we had in "DETAIL" and possible changes. After a site visit to our new home he provided us with BETTER coverage, especially for our homeowner's policy. Lance has a perfect "Customer Service Comes First" attitude! He educates you about your options and if he believes you should keep a policy you currently have, he will tell you so.

Lance Hardin is knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I have numerous lines of insurance to include home, auto, life, workers' compensation, business liability, and renter's insurance (for my business). Lance took copies of all my policies, studied them, and came back with quotes for some of them. Only some of them because the companies he works with could not beat all of them. When he came back with quotes, he did not pressure me to make a decision but let me have time to look at them. Upon looking at the quotes and researching the company that would be insuring me, he was absolutely honest in those things he had represented to me. I closed on three lines of insurance with him. I would highly recommend you at least speak with Lance before you renew your insurance.

He is quick to email, call, or text you. If more people were honest and have intregrity like he does the world would be a better place! Most people are quick to take your money not Lance he doesn't pressure you into anything at all!!! Don't look anywhere else or I can bet that you'll regret it!

I was recently looking to quote my car, home and commercial policies out after being with my current insurance company for over 15 years. I inquired on Facebook for suggestions and Lance Harden's name kept coming up. I was skeptical but decided I had nothing to lose. My biggest complaint with my old insurance company was that I could never get my agent on the phone, not with Lance. Not only is he quick to answer any of my questions, he saved me money on all of my policies and keeps my informed every step of the way, now that I, unfortunately, have a claim. Couldn't be more satisfied and can't say enough about him. Thanks for a great experience Lance and for making it so easy to switch everything over.
